Our Community Nursing service is designed to provide specialized healthcare support to individuals under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) within the comfort of their own homes and communities. Personalized Support Plans

We believe in a person-centered approach, where the individual's goals, needs, and preferences are at the heart of our service. Our team works closely with each participant, their families, and support coordinators to develop tailored support plans that address their specific requirements
Skilled and Trained Support Workers

Our support workers are experienced, compassionate, and highly trained professionals who are dedicated to providing excellent care. They have expertise in assisting individuals with various daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, household chores, medication management, mobility support, and more
Assistive Devices

We recognize the importance of creating a safe and accessible living environment. Wi Care helps participants access assistive devices and aids that enhance their independence and mobility.
Household Management

Our support extends to household management tasks, such as grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living space. We aim to alleviate the burden of these responsibilities, allowing participants to focus on other aspects of their lives while ensuring their home remains comfortable and organized.
Meal Planning and Preparation

We provide assistance with meal planning and preparation, taking into account dietary requirements and individual preferences. Our support workers can help with grocery shopping, meal prepping, cooking, and even provide guidance on nutrition and healthy eating.
